The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in front of the sea with a great view. It offers a serene atmosphere but is also conveniently close to the water taxi and the tourist area. The rooms are spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay with a balcony and a little own terrace, plus A/C and hot water. The service was lacking as our reservation was nowhere to be found, which affected the overall experience negatively. The dining experience was pleasant with included meals and a nice view. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a good range of amenities. However, the hotel is situated in a poor Panamanian neighborhood, potentially raising safety concerns and discomfort due to the surroundings.
